Refund Policy

Last updated: 29/12/2025

This Refund Policy outlines how refunds are handled for GoQuote subscriptions and services.

Subscription Fees

GoQuote is offered as a subscription-based service. Fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your plan).

Free Trials

Where a free trial is offered, users are encouraged to evaluate GoQuote during the trial period. Charges will begin at the end of the trial unless the subscription is cancelled beforehand.

Refunds

Except as required by Australian Consumer Law, subscription fees are non-refundable, including:

  • Partial use of a billing period

  • Change of mind

  • Unused features

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a refund or remedy if:

  • The service has a major failure

  • The service does not meet acceptable quality standards

  • The service is not delivered as described

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and access will continue until that time.

No refunds are provided for the remaining period unless required by law.

Third-Party Fees

GoQuote is not responsible for:

  • Fees charged by third-party services (e.g. Stripe, Apple App Store, Google Play)

  • Banking or transaction fees

  • Charges imposed by integrated platforms

Refunds for purchases made through third-party app stores are subject to their respective refund policies.
