1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GoQuote, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

2. Licence to Use

GoQuote grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the platform for your internal business purposes.

You must not:

  • Resell or sublicense the service

  • Reverse engineer or exploit the platform

  • Use the service unlawfully or fraudulently

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the accuracy of your data

  • Reviewing all quotes, invoices, payments, and accounting records

  • Ensuring compliance with tax, accounting, and legal obligations

GoQuote does not provide accounting, legal, or tax advice.

4. Third-Party Integrations

GoQuote integrates with third-party platforms such as QuickBooks Online, Xero, MYOB, and Stripe.

  • You authorise GoQuote to access and sync data when you connect an integration

  • Third-party services are governed by their own terms

  • GoQuote is not responsible for third-party platform outages, errors, or changes

5. Availability & Modifications

We may:

  • Modify, suspend, or discontinue features

  • Perform maintenance or updates

  • Change pricing or subscription terms with notice

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

6. Fees & Subscriptions

Some features require a paid subscription. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • GoQuote is provided “as is”

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses

  • Liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the preceding 12 months

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify GoQuote against claims arising from misuse of the service or breach of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and the courts of NSW have exclusive jurisdiction.
